to use google voice service and to know how to use google voice service , at first you have to go to www.google.com/voice
then if you have gmail account signin to google voice , after that you have to choose usa number , choose the state you like or enter zip code for the area you like , then complete the steps , google will ask you to verify your number buy enter the phone number you like to resivce the calls on it .
after you verify your number it will be ok , now every one call to your google voice account will transfer your call to the verified number or will record voice mail if you dont answer.
